**Key Responsibilities**- Organize and lead the Regulatory Compliance department.- Be responsible for the provision of regulatory compliance advice to the management, business owners and rest stakeholders with respect to all day-to-day operational and regulatory requirements; - Ensure the continuous mapping & monitoring & the regulatory developments for the assigned geographical territory, develop regulatory compliance roadmaps and perform trainings to the involved personnel, to ensure the entity's compliance; - Liaise with external legal advisers and local regulatory/supervising authorities; - Draft and/or review policies and procedures applicable to the regional subsidiaries; - Design and monitor theimplementation of the annual compliance plan and ad-hoc compliance audits to ensure that internal processes & policies are applied, identify control gaps and processes' improvement opportunities; - Produce reports for the Board of Directors and the Group Audit Committee; - Prepare and/or coordinate the submission of regulatory reports to the local regulatory authorities; - Conduct regulatory compliance risk assessment.- Develop and maintain a formal compliance risk-and-control program, ensuring controls are put in place to mitigate monitor and report risk as appropriate.- Maintain Compliance department files, cases and issues, achieve deadlines and document actions; - Work cooperatively with external & internal auditors.**Requirements**:To be considered you must have:- Minimum of two (2) years of overall previous experience in a regulatory compliance, audit or risk function.- At least 3 years of experience within a managerial position (e.G. manager or similar senior professional position).- Previous experience in regulatory compliance projects is considered a strong plus.- Regulatory product experience from a merchant acquiring organisation.- The ability to build relationships with co-workers, external advisers and local supervising authorities; - The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, including senior management, in an intense, fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects within deadlines; - Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and project management skills; **You will have**:- Amazing salary- Relocation covered- Opportunity of growthIf you are the person we are looking for, do not hesitate to apply.Please send your CV in english.Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Cuajimalpa, CDMX: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problema o estar dispuesto a mudarse con una paquete de apoyo para mudarse proporcionado por la empresa (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Work Location: In person
