Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and lead the Regulatory Compliance department.Provide regulatory compliance advice to management, business owners, and stakeholders regarding day-to-day operational and regulatory requirements.Map, monitor, and develop regulatory compliance roadmaps for the assigned geographical territory; perform training for involved personnel to ensure compliance.Liaise with external legal advisers and local regulatory/supervising authorities.Draft and/or review policies and procedures applicable to regional subsidiaries.Design and monitor the implementation of the annual compliance plan and conduct ad-hoc compliance audits to ensure internal processes and policies are applied, identify control gaps, and improve processes.Produce reports for the Board of Directors and the Group Audit Committee.Prepare and/or coordinate the submission of regulatory reports to local regulatory authorities.Conduct regulatory compliance risk assessments.Develop and maintain a formal compliance risk-and-control program, ensuring controls are in place to mitigate, monitor, and report risk appropriately.Maintain Compliance department files, cases, and issues; achieve deadlines and document actions.Work cooperatively with external and internal auditors.RequirementsTo be considered, you must have:Minimum of two (2) years of overall previous experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk function.At least three (3) years of experience in a managerial position (e.G., manager or similar senior professional position).Previous experience in regulatory compliance projects is considered a strong plus.Regulatory product experience from a merchant acquiring organization.The ability to build relationships with co-workers, external advisers, and local supervising authorities.The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, including with senior management, in an intense, fast-paced setting while managing multiple projects within deadlines.Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and project management skills.You will have:Amazing salaryRelocation coveredOpportunity for growthIf you are the person we are looking for, do not hesitate to apply.Please send your CV in English.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
