The role will focus on setting the marketing strategy and planning of launch campaigns for some of our top Exclusive and Original TV shows and movies. This role will span co-ordination across a wide-range of cross functional teams and external partners which will include media vendors, production companies, talent agencies and our Amazon Studios division. This executive will have the chance to set industry standards and impact the local entertainment business.Key job responsibilities- Lead a strong team of Content Brand managers; - Develop long term marketing strategies to support our slate of Content Launches; - Participate early in content development, positioning, research and show pre-testing and designing a road map for content marketing.- Lead creative process from concept ideas, testing, and execution in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders; - Co-own and contribute to design and implementation of complete launch plans and execution of marketing campaigns for our TV show and films; - Leverage audience testing and research; - Define and monitor business objectives linked to content marketing - by providing objective, data-driven marketing recommendations based on an in-depth understanding and analysis of content, customer and environmental information.- Redefine innovation and success metrics for marketing campaigns for Prime Video and the industry- Advocate for new initiatives or process improvements using customer research, hard data, and marketing & business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations
