**YOUR TASKS**
- Main partner with the regional product segment heads to drive the financial sustainability and transparency of the R&D area
- Responsible of the R&D financial planning and Budget process: gathering and loading the information in the systems, tracking the evolution during the year, support the leaders providing adequate visibility of the figures, manage and allocate the challenges received
- Involvement in the development, implementation and responsibility of efficient controlling within the context of specified processes and methods
- Management of the controllers in development as well as the coordination of related activities the Hella companies in order to support the targets with the overall corporate group in mind
- Carrying out special analysis e.g.
Make or Buy decisions, Joint Ventures... in order to provide support for the line management in making decisions
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree
- More than 3 years experience in the research and development controlling area
- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.
Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks
- Knowledge of SAP
- English 100% mandatory.
