100% remote job Head Of Digital Marketing E Commerce | TLNT | Mexico Calling all digital marketing and e-commerce visionaries We're on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing and E-commerce to spearhead our ambitious growth plans. If you're passionate about all things DTC and have a track record of success on customer acquisition and retention challenges, this role was made for you As our Head of Digital Marketing and E-commerce, you'll be the mastermind behind our DTC strategy, execution, and driving growth across multiple channels. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our brand, optimize conversion funnels, and leave your mark on the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape. Your strategic prowess, paired with hands-on tactical brilliance, will be the driving force behind our success. This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company. What You'll Do Develop and execute the overall DTC strategy , with a primary focus on customer acquisition and retention. Take ownership of existing customer acquisition channels: paid ads, display ads, SEO , affiliate marketing , and influencer marketing , identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Oversee and manage a team responsible for customer acquisition and retention efforts that employ tactics to increase customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technology, design, and finance, to align strategies and achieve common goals. Drive the development of effective funnels, compelling offers, and high-converting landing pages to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates. Lead ad buying initiatives, optimizing campaigns to achieve targeted ROI and growth objectives. Implement affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach and drive incremental revenue. Utilize data-driven insights for forecasting, budgeting , and continuous optimization of DTC efforts. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape. Monitoring performance analytics , website traffic, and product performance; and Managing the website and online store. Implement performance tracking mechanisms and KPIs to measure the success of various marketing initiatives and provide valuable insights for future planning and strategy refinement. Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify potential opportunities and challenges, contributing to the development of long-term planning and positioning in the e-commerce landscape. Own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Working closely with sales and the UX/UI team, you'll identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing, and UX. Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Triple Whale to measure and improve CAC, MRR, and LTV. Responsible for end-to-end performance marketing strategy and management, with a specific focus on email marketing and referral programs. What You Need Extensive knowledge of e-commerce best practices, funnels, landing pages , and conversion optimization techniques. Experience with ad buying and managing performance marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing. Proven track record of successful DTC strategy development and execution, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. Proficient in using data analytics. Has a proven track record of developing and growing digital DTC brands. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and results. Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a high-performing team. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related fields. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. Work from home. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (/- 1 hour accepted) – PST.
