As the head of Distribution, this position is responsible for leading the national strategy for Brokers, Sponsors, Agents, and Direct clients. This position develops and implements Broker marketing strategies to achieve top-line goals by each distribution channel and with the right product mix.This position is responsible for being the champion for new and existing business initiatives, working with the Country GM and Product managers, and managing and expanding relationships with both brokers and clients. This position is also responsible for developing, strengthening, and growing the client engagement practice.About the roleWhat you need to know:Lead the relationships with the Brokers/Agents and drive the outputs from the execution of the agreements to deliver increased retention/new business and deliver financial targets.Develop strategies and plans to increase engagement and profitable growth.Lead the development and execution of best practices with Product Lines and other stakeholders including:Production Meetings/Salesforce: Lead the roll-out of monthly Production Meetings to drive retention and new business utilizing Salesforce.Appetite & Value Proposition: Lead the articulation of our underwriting appetite and differentiating value proposition (including Multinational & Claims First) to the brokers.Broker Experience: Review broker surveys and agree on actions to improve broker experience.Achievement of sales budget by Line of business and all the targets determined by the company.Coordinate the activities of the executives in charge of maintaining the relationship and portfolio with each broker to achieve the production budget and engagement target.Monitor the performance of each executive to guarantee the business portfolio's growth and develop the relationship with appointed brokers.Work on the retention of the current portfolio (%) through high levels of service and anticipated renewals, identifying prospects and major pipeline in LOB according to the company's risk appetite and sales strategy of the brokers.Organize and coordinate events, seminars, trainings for specific brokers aligned with our risk appetite.Identify brokers with growth potential and develop them
