ResponsibilitiesOverall, provides EHS leadership, governance and serviceDevelopment and maintenance of ZF EHS Management SystemSetting up annual as well as longer term EHS Objectives & Targets including relevant communication / clarification to ZF plantsDevelopment and maintenance of key programs such as BBS, Safety Leadership, Energy Efficiency, Ergonomics, Machine Safety, etc.Development and maintenance of EHS data collection, management and reporting applications (SoFI, AIC, BBS, MS Self-Assessment (MSSA), Ergonomics, TERRA, Power BI application / monthly report for safety performance) including provision of trainingManagement and support of EHS ISO (ISO , , ) certification for matrix sitesCompletion of ZF Group Level EHS Management Review and reporting to Board Member responsible for EHS and SustainabilityManagement of environmental remediation programRequired Skills & ExperienceDegree in Environmental and / or Safety Engineering and Management or closely related field, Results / Process / Problem Solving - OrientedMin. 10 years experience in manufacturing environment with emphasis on safety / environmental managementThorough working knowledge and understanding of EHS compliance regulationsThorough knowledge in relation to developing processes and practices related to key EHS program areasExperience in implementing and managing EHS Management System requirements including ISO EHS Standard RequirementsWhat We OfferBenefits above the lawMajor Medical Expenses InsuranceGlobal growth opportunitiesCompetitive Wages#J-18808-Ljbffr
