This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and audits, as well as developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the service-based or construction-related service business or financial services industry.This is a part-time role that will transition to full-time in 2-3 months.RequirementsWe are looking for a Head of Accounting specifically with these requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and senior managementBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferredAt least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a preference of at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial roleAt least 3+ years of experience in accounting in a service-based or construction-related service businessStrong experience in month-end close processes, financial reporting, and overseeing the production and quality of accounting workProficiency in accounting software (e.G
