Our employees and ownership have over half a century of experience in the molding industry.We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of quality, customer service, and tool design capability.Responsabilities:- Responsible for determining the economic situation of the company- keeping track of the accounting records of the company.- In charge of determining the profitability of investments- Supervising and directing the other employees of the accounting area.- Coordinate accounting closings monthly until the issuance of financial statements to the board of directors.- Determine the economic-financial situation of the company and its subsidiaries, through the control of the records, the classification and summary of the transactions of the company.- Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating objectives and procedures that must regulate the activities of management and accounting, administrative and financial processes in general.- Teamwork with the Corporate Managements that influence the results of the financial statements.- Participation in physical inventories- Create cost reduction reports and analysis.- Attention to internal, corporate and external auditors.- Basic knowledge of safety rules, environmental impacts and commitment of each employee to strengthen social responsibility (taking care of the negative impact we have on the environment)**Requirements**:- 20 years in Accounting/Finance area, minimum 10 years in management position.- English 80%- Microsoft Office proficiency- Knowledge in VDA / IATF / ISO auditing- Data analysis and reporting capabilities- Positive attitude- Use of technology- Honesty, Responsibility, Organization, Teamwork, Empathy- Orientation to results- Activity planning- Staff Administration- Problem resolution- Quality at work- Innovation at work- Sense of urgency
