Ambitious, dynamic, adaptable, proactive, resilient.Fast-paced, high-growth environment and have the vision and expertise to navigate the challenges of a start-up at a pivotal stage.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/MBA is a plus).7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (start-up experience preferred).Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.Experience with fundraising and working with venture capital or private equity investors.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, ClickView, etc.
