**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
You lead and own the Finance team of the Switchgears Americas organization and the Queretaro factory. Therefore, you are responsible for all financial topics related to our switchgears business in the Americas. You will lead a diverse team across three locations in different countries.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Partner closely with the Head of Switchgears Americas and govern all financial and risk management aspects of the cluster
- Ensure the accuracy of our books & records
- Strive for standardization, harmonization, and digitalization of finance processes within and across cluster(s)
- Ensure full transparency on all aspects of the business
- Reduce complexity in our processes
- Support and critically implement strategic decisions
- Hard-working and balanced allocation of resources (e.g., CAPEX, Headcount, etc.)
- Be an inspiring role model of the SE Leadership Essentials and live the SE values & behaviors
- Develop and promote talents
**What You Bring**:
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Finance, ideally in manufacturing business
- Reflective capabilities
- Adaptive leadership style and passion about people development and encouraging an inclusive and diverse culture
- Courage to test new things and passion to drive transformation
- You are business fluent in English and Spanish
