We are looking for
**Head of Global Operations (M/F/d) for a division of Voltaira Holding**
at one of our locations in Pfullingen (hybrid) or Düsseldorf (hybrid) in Germany
**Your tasks**:
- Overall responsibility for the operational activities of the Voltaira affiliate in collaboration with our functional heads leading our businesses
- Coordinate and implement the global operations strategy, including LEAN organization, Six Sigma, and automation projects
- Promote digitalization and automation on the shopfloor to enhance efficiency
- Ensure the industrialization of new projects, considering LEAN principles and CO2 neutrality
- Lead and support global site planning and strategic alignment
- Focus on financial stability, KPI optimization, and efficient reporting
- Proactively adjust resources and processes in response to market changes
- Support CSR initiatives and continuously improve global infrastructure

**Your profile**:
- Completed studies in the field of economics, engineering, general management or comparable
- At least 15 years of experience in a large global group of companies in the automotive environment (supplier, OEM)
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role with a multicultural, transnational and multifunctional team in the area of operations/production/lean management
- Extensive experience in innovative manufacturing, production, and R&D processes within the automotive industry, particularly in HV cable manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead and implement change, characterized by a pragmatic, hands-on approach, and strong strategic and conceptual thinking
- Highly independent and solution-driven work ethic, with a strong sense of initiative and drive
- Excellent communication skills, paired with an open and flexible personality, and a passion for working in dynamic environments with significant freedom
- Business fluency in English and a readiness for international travel (approx. 20-40%)
