**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
**Delivery Management**
- Local entrepreneur for Territory assigned to Service Unit driving Regional Performance measured by common KPIs (cost/charges,
productivity, employee engagement, user satisfaction, customer satisfaction) and global GBS KPIs. Provide back-office services as required
and agreed upon with other Service Units in and outside the Hub.
- Drive local continuous improvement, quality management system and certifications/controls across BLs and Functions
**Location Management**
- Location optimization, local strategy and implementation of Hub/Global initiatives
- Sharing of information relevant for Territory, drive E2E co-operation and optimization across Hub.
**CRM & Portfolio**
- Responsible for growth and customer value delivery in Territory. Represents GBS to customers in Territory and customers to GBS.
- Responsible for Regional Account Mgmt. in alignment with GBS CRM systematics, including local portfolio adjustment and pricing decisions.
Key Stakeholder Management and escalation level for Territory
- Ensures management of CSI and USI in Territory by driving necessary initiatives across BLs and Functions
- Input into and collaboration with Global Portfolio Management
**People Excellence**
- Target setting & performance feedback (for 1st line heads in Service Unit jointly with their line leadership)
- Leadership & People Development incl. Training and Communications
- Staffing jointly with line management including working models, equal and market conforming compensation.
**Budget / Financial responsibility**
- Local Management of GBS Service Unit Budget and financial performance/Productivity
- Participation in BL/SU budget alignments, providing input from local customer, local regulation and cross local BL perspective
**Local responsibilities**
- Compliance with local laws, external & Internal regulations (e.g. labor law, tax, EHS, compliance &SEC)
- Local sustainability, office space, employee
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCED?**
Experience handle different services areas as Manager, Head or Director
Experience in a Hub or Shared Services
Experience in areas such as: Finance, purchase, accounting, payments, HR, Sales.
Advanced English
