Job DescriptionIt is an important position to work in our new greenfield facility in Mexico to learn and support the development of our new plant in Mexico.
In Contitech, a Continental sector, you will coordinate and follow up on all product and process industrialization in order to meet the business case, project budget, and its production targets (e.g., reduce scrap and waste, cycle times). Furthermore, the PPI Coordinator initiates and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all product and process industrialization relevant processes.
You will be responsible for transferring the available know-how in other plants worldwide to the new plant, in a very challenging environment with a very motivated team.

ResponsibilitiesSteers and manages Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Planning & Controlling (KPI scorecard, HC structure) and derives appropriate measures (e.g., recruiting, retention, etc.)Steers, consults, and communicates Organizational ChangesDrives the implementation of Corporate HR Initiatives in the Location (i.e., Culture development, Diversity)Ensures alignment and consistent application of HR processes, policies, and resources in the area of responsibilityFollows up with labor market trends and develops and implements appropriate HR-related measures accordingly.Enables human resources training and development and ensures a strong talent base for the organizationRepresents the organization in the local community (i.e., employee representatives, spokesmen committee, HR-related legal actions)Leads own HR organization which includes setting vision, defining strategy, managing budget, allocating resources, creating global networks, etc.Appropriately balances responsibility as both a business and employee advocateEnsures the Safety and Health of all employees at the location (Leave it for country adaptation as it depends on the location structure)Implements people-related measures to support roll out of change projectsDefines and implements HR change projectsResponsible for local HR Communication / employer branding initiatives (i.e., Great place to work)Ensures global consistency in job evaluations and market benchmarking for Executives and Senior Executives in collaboration with BU's & Division HR where applicableActs as an ambassador for health and well-being initiativesResponsible for local / onsite occupational medical department where applicable.Ensures accuracy of employee data Reporting-Regular evaluations of performance according to defined KPIsCollects feedback and contributes actively to process and system improvement Leadership-Develops own HR Organization and Local HR TalentsAdditional InformationAt Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico; these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture. QualificationsBachelor's degree: Administration, Human relations or similarMinimum 5 years experience in a similar positionProject leader experience in strategic HR projects. Has experience managing a budget and costs.Experience in HR processes (e.g., staffing, organizational development)Industry-related trends including cultural and political trends.
