Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the agroindustry sector's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR-related challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for positions across various.
- Develop strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce to meet operational demands.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the organization's packages are competitive within.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
- Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators to measure employee productivity.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations specific.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership or senior management role within the agroindustry sector.
- Strong knowledge of agroindustry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficent English
