Tasks:Act as the key business unit interface for all IT deliverables for both internal and external customers.Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of all application maintenance and infrastructure services.Work with client business and technology leadership in defining, prioritizing, and achieving strategic objectives for infrastructure and product portfolio for end customers.Assess current Data Center environment with appropriate consideration to replication, disaster recovery, virtual centers and cloud computing based on G+D standards and architectural blueprints.Responsible for both Production and Commercial infrastructure services, which includes monitoring and providing L1 and L2 support.Accountable for staffing, resource management, cost budget, technical direction, estimates, and overall process for all app maintenance and infrastructure delivery of GDMEX.Work closely with security group to ensure data privacy and security standards are adequately maintained to meet compliance requirements such as PCI, AMEX, ISO27001 and other government regulations.Requirements:Management of information technology projects such as design of infrastructure solutions, business processes.Computer security and related certifications (PCI, ISO27001, SOC, etc.).Management experience in transnational companies in Information Technology areas verifiable of 7 years or more.
