YOUR TASKS Assure completion of task according Internal processes and technical matters for customer requirements in terms of quality , cost and timing.
Administration of cost center budget in consultation with the superior in terms of CAPEX and laboratory expenses.
Create and provide guidelines to support employees in functions related to Test Laboratory Tasks.
Responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualifications demands.
Responsible to monitoring, planning and steering audits ISO/IEC 17025 & IATF 16949 internal / External & maintain accreditation. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 5 to 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
BS required, preferred in Electronics / Electric / Mechatronics / Physics +4 years of Laboratory experience.
Knowledge and implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and IAFT 16949
Leadership experience and ability to manage +10 engineers to achieve the required level of the quality with testing, training, and planning activities.
Experience in knowledge in finance concepts for planning of investment and calculation ROI base on forecast of testing and projects validation.
