Short, medium and long term personnel planning in the area of responsibility. Ensures the employment of qualified personnel according to the job requirements. And to the needed capacity. Strategic coordination of service parts production planning; ensures the logistic flow for materials, finished and semi-finished parts and the compliant delivery to the customer. Management of the raw material stocks. Ensures the supply of raw materials necessary for production in accordance with the annual planning. Tracking stocks and submitting scrapping proposals, in agreement with the LTS central logistic dep. Coordination of the activity in the warehouse of raw and auxiliary materials. Planning and coordinating the periodic inventory for raw and auxiliary materials. Participating in the planning and implementation of relocation projects from other DRX plants, by coordinating and implementing logistics topics. Constant monitoring of logistic indicators (for ex.MEA, MMV). analyzes and definition of necessary actions, in case of deviations.
