As Head of Marketing, Mexico, you will lead Cambridge's marketing strategy across the branch, representing one of the world's most respected educational brands. With a focus on innovation and strategic oversight, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing brand visibility, engaging diverse audiences, and driving growth across key segments. Your role will guide local marketing efforts, developing creative initiatives that support our mission to enable access to quality education.
About The Role
In this role, you'll define and implement Cambridge's marketing and media strategy across various educational segments, from Pre-Primary to Adults and Exams. This includes:
Spearheading innovation by crafting a marketing strategy that maximizes brand impact and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
Overseeing annual marketing planning and PR strategies that align with business priorities.
Managing market research initiatives to drive data-informed decision-making.
Leading a multidisciplinary team to support and enhance sales efforts within the territory.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, leveraging insights to drive impactful marketing campaigns. Your leadership will play a critical role in positioning Cambridge as a trusted educational partner in Mexico.
About You
You are an experienced marketing leader with substantial expertise in advertising, public relations, and media strategy. You'll bring:
A degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience, with a strong background in B2B and B2C environments.
A solid understanding of the ELT market in Mexico and a passion for the education sector.
Exceptional strategic and creative thinking, coupled with a talent for analysing data to shape effective campaigns.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate at both regional and global levels.
Proven experience in managing and inspiring teams, fostering collaboration, and negotiating with diverse partners.
