Knowledge: Agricultural industry and preferably in the irrigation sector / Product Development Position Objective. - Define and implement product management, marketing and agronomy strategies, leading the definition of objectives, coordination and management of each area in line with the company's growth goals to boost the generation of demand and market opportunities that help achieve sales results, raise brand positioning and improve market share. Activities: Direct the market analysis plan to constantly detect needs and macro trends, coordinating product managers, marketers and agronomists according to the marketing plan in order to identify the market and target segments where we should focus to promote the achievement of sales objectives. Develop jointly with the Commercial Management the Go to Market strategy and a marketing plan that allows to effectively and efficiently serve the market, designing and building competitive advantages through a service and product offer that meets the needs of customers and distributors in a more profitable way, improving the level of service and increasing sales. Direct the development and implementation of the Annual Marketing Plan with the team, and ensure proper communication within the company, including progress reports on a regular basis. Lead the management of the product basket, coordinating the Product Managers in their activities of market needs research, updating of value proposition, portfolio definition, suggesting to the commercial area the stablishment of prices, service strategy and inventory according to the company's growth plan and market needs, in order to meet current needs and gain market share with distributors and customers.
