**This is the role**:Since the first day we launched our service in Latin America last year, we have been blown away by the caliber of creators and user engagement across the continent.
But we are just scratching the surface.Reporting directly to our Country Manager in Mexico, you'll be joining an awesome team of passionate content and marketing people who come to work every day with the mission to develop and activate our great content catalog (100+ exclusive shows) in the best way possible.You'll be the leading figure in growing and engaging loyal audiences for our shows by leading the development of amazing go-to-market strategies.
Your main mission: to activate the right content at the right time!
**Your primary responsibilities include**:- Formulate innovative growth strategies and marketing plans.
You'll work closely with our Global Growth team to develop extraordinary go-to-market strategies in line with our global focus.- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities- Forecast budget spending and assess ROI and KPIs on marketing campaigns.- Manage and develop the Marketing team; lead, develop and people manage the team achieving high engagement and effectiveness scores.- Work side by side with our Head of Content to identify opportunities for new growth driving shows and talents.- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights and monitor market trends.- Shape and communicate our vision and mission in alignment with the overall global brand guidelines.
You'll be working with our Global Creative team or external agencies on the creative execution of set marketing activities.As we are launching the platform in March, your first few months in the role will be focused on understanding and following up on the performance of the launch.
**This is you**:We are looking for a passionate and proactive marketer with a highly data-driven approach to your work.
You have experience with the full funnel marketing toolbox, including developing clear objectives, go-to-market plans, managing budgets, and stakeholders, and ensuring execution according to agreed milestones and deadlines.
**Experience we're looking for**:- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 7-10 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, or Senior Account Manager, leading teams toward a clear business growth goal.
Experience in media/advertising agencies is a plus!- A highly data-driven and numerical approach to setting targets and measuring ROI on your campaigns.
