The company has also been named to CB Insights' Fintech 250 list.**Purpose**The role of the Head of Marketing for In-store at Kueski leads our efforts in influencing consumer behavior at the point of sale. In this role, the person in charge will be responsible for developing and executing innovative in-store marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales through KueskiPay as payment method, and create memorable customer experiences along with the Product and Marketing teams.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive in-store marketing strategies aligned with the overall brand objectives and sales targets. Utilize consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategy development.- ** Campaign Planning and Execution**: Lead the planning, development, and execution of in-store marketing campaigns across multiple retail channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, product development, and creative to ensure seamless execution.- ** Visual Merchandising**: Oversee the development of visually engaging and impactful in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.- ** Product Placement and Shelf Optimization**: Strategically place products within retail environments to maximize visibility and sales. Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to optimize product placement and assortment.- ** Partnership Management**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with retail partners and vendors to negotiate favorable placement and promotional opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure co-op funding and support for in-store marketing initiatives.- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the performance of in-store marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics such as sales lift, foot traffic, and conversion rates. Identify areas for improvement and optimization to drive continuous growth and ROI.**Position Requierements**:- Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in in-store marketing, retail marketing, or related field.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful in-store marketing campaigns.- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategy.- Proficiency in Google Suite and marketing analytics tools
