**The Role**
We are seeking a** **talented and energetic** **sales professional to support our continued growth in Mexico.
With direct responsibility across National Supermarkets ( Walmart & National Accounts ), you will be the key conduit between MGAE & our retail customers, tasked with driving the growth of our business within Australia, maximizing opportunities and growing relationships.
**Position Requirements**
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business management
- Additional post-graduate studies will be highly regarded
- +5 years experience in Sales/Account Management of consumer goods, preferably within children's entertainment or toy industries, experience working within ecommerce highly regarded
Skills / Knowledge / Ability:
- Current experience in FMCG/Toys/Fashion Industry in developing and maintaining sales relationships with retail customer accounts required
- Able to demonstrate they can influence senior decision-makers
- Up-to-date knowledge and practical experience of the selling and buying process
- Very strong negotiation skills and the ability to present to current and new customers
- Ability to analyze risk and opportunities.
- Ability to develop, present, achieve and monitor business plans.
- Ability to control and monitor financial requirements.
- Ability to effectively communicate sales data and market information to other areas of the business.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- General PC skills including Microsoft Office including excel, word, outlook, powerpoint etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail
**How You Will Make an Impact**
- Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Sales Planning and follow through
- Preparation and management of Business Plans for each buyer/category
- Establish retailers timelines for all Sales Presentations + forecasting
- Within 24-48 hours of account visit, provide a contact report to the Managing Director + Marketing team
- Identify and execute opportunities for growth
- Proactively and timely follow through and close sales according to the sales plan.
- Monitor the achievement of Sales goals and variances to the business plan on a monthly basis.
Based on the Company's strategic plan, develop short and long-term sales goals
