.Job ID: 21020- Location: Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, MX**Head of NPM Operations (M/F/d) - Executive****Job ID**:21020**Location**:MX-JA-Santa Anita-Vitesco II**Salary Classification**:SG13**Position will be located in one of the following potential locations**:WorldwideThe Head of NPM Operations (M/F/d) is responsible for the development and implementation of Vitesco Technologies Globally aligned Non-Production Material (NPM) Purchase-to-Pay process for transactions ranging from values 0-15k€,** **RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Solutions, and master data management (for MRP/storerooms Materials & Vendors).
**Mission / Purpose**Organization (shared):- Manage and develop the Worldwide NPM Operations organization, initiating and monitoring development measures- Conduct hiring, capabilities and performance evaluations as well as disciplinary measures together with HR- Adaptation, implementation and/or further development of efficient forms of organization, processes and procedures, including the relevant management reporting, to optimize productivity, leverage potentials, & meet safety and operational requirements- Promote alignment and interaction between the different organizational groups of Operations, Cluster Management, and Internal Stakeholders.Process (full):- Responsible for ensuring a compliant purchasing process of managed purchasing volume in accordance with the policies and procedures of Vitesco Technologies- Coordinate timely placement of PO's and follow up to ensure no interruption of operational needs- Manage order ordering processes, handle new parts setups for coded materials and vendor master requests (with Cluster alignment)- Own all operational processes supported by the Worldwide HUB Operations- Planning, monitoring, and reporting of Operations objectives & targets- Define and introduce (corrective) actions where deficiencies found in the Purchase-to-Pay and other managed processes, and make results transparent to all impacted- Savings (shared):- Initiate and expedite specific cost reduction initiatives by pooling and identifying leverage opportunities**Qualifications**Basic Qualifications:- Academic degree in business administration, engineering, or comparable qualification- Profound experience in the functional area of Purchasing- Experience in leading (functional) teams- Experience in Purchasing, project management and/or process, systems & tools implementation roles- Experience in working in international teams and environment- Fluent English language skills written and spokenPreferred Qualifications:- Good negotiation, persuasion and diplomatic skills- Fluent second language skills written and spoken- Advanced analytics skills- Legal know-how (e.G
