.SafetyWing (YC W18) is seeking a visionary Head of Partnerships to scale up our Partnerships growth channel for Nomad Insurance and Nomad Health products. Partnerships with affiliates and content creators have successfully supported the tremendous growth of SafetyWing since its first product launch in 2019. Our influencer program (the ambassador program) was created in-house and designed according to our unique values of authenticity and simplicity. As a result, it has become the most strategic growth channel, accounting for more than 35% of sales. You will manage a team of Partnership Managers while working closely with the General Manager and the Chief Revenue Officer to achieve your goals.Your responsibilities will include:Lead and grow a team of Partnership and Sponsorship Managers, ensuring they have the support and direction needed to meet the program's expansion goals. Set clear performance standards and encourage ongoing learning and improvement.Create a solid plan to grow the ambassador program from over 1,100 to 2,000 active influencers by the end of 2024 using iterative improvements and funnel techniques.Continuously refine growth strategies to expand the ambassador network.
