We're proud to be creating something new that improves people's lives while working together in a culture of collaboration, respect, communication, joy, and personal growth.Read more about what we do at Proper.AiWe're proud to create something new that improves people's lives while working together in a culture of collaboration, respect, communication, joy, and personal growth.As Head of People Operations, you will report to the CXO and be in charge of advancing and overseeing all aspects of human resources (HR), its strategies, practices, and operations (Recruitment, HR, Employee Experience, Training, and Development) in order to acquire, develop and retain human capital, while also evolving our processes to ensure scalability.**Roles and Responsibilities****Employee Experience**:- Work with the CXO to ensure an exceptional employee experience- Strategically design employee-facing communication practices and content- Collect data & feedback to make measurable, data-informed improvements- Implement and monitor changes and continuously improve- Map and continuously improve the employee lifecycle, making data-informed improvements and implementing and monitoring changes.- Ensure employees have easy access to up-to-date internal information and processes relevant to POPS- Ensure all POPs functions are clearly defined, documented, and easily accessible**Scalability & TA**:- Work with Finance and Delivery to ensure we are well aligned on hiring plans and that we don't overhire and have a negative impact on margins- Develop & implement strategies to help the org attract, acquire, develop and retain talent, including gathering and reporting on metrics (retention, attrition, eNPS)**Department Management**:- Oversee the improvement, development, and implementation of operational processes for the teams within People Ops**Leadership**:- Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core human resource-related functions, such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, documentation, and HR-related legal/regulatory topics in coordination with external and internal counsel.- Work with internal stakeholders to drive the development of the People Ops org, aligned with company-wide goals, informed by quantitative and qualitative insights
