What will you do
Responsible for the Prefabrication of semi-finished parts (Sheet, Copper, Fiberglass) for the manufacture of medium and low voltage electrical cabinets, Managing and coordinating the technologies of bending, punching, welding and painting machines, guaranteeing the correct planning of delivery to the assembly lines with quality standards in all processes, ensuring continuous improvement and correct monitoring of CAPEX, ensuring staff training actions and having as a priority the care of staff in safety issues in the area.
Promote and coordinate ideas for improvement and productivity based on the annual plan.
Responsabilities
°Strategic plan for prefabrication department
°Responsible for EHS conditions for the personel base (Zero harm)
°KPI tracking such as NCC's and Machine functionality
°Coordinate with diferent department for output and input of materials
°Delivery assurance for production lines
What will you need to succeed?
Mechanical or industrial engineering or related
Experienced working in Metal - Mechanical areas
Proeficient in English
Advanced skills working with SAP
Great leadership skills focussed on problem resolution
Business acumen oriented
