In this role, you will lead the MX team to product development efforts for a set of Private Brands products and will be responsible for:Creating a data-driven long-term roadmap for our brands.Identifying new product development opportunities for our brands.Developing and bringing to market new products.Coordinating product development across international, cross-functional teams.Managing an existing business which is growing exponentially.Designing and implementing new processes to help scale our business.Leading, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of business functions of the assigned product category.Possessing a broad operations background and the ability to "roll up their sleeves" and drive resolution.Taking accountability and driving planning, resolution, and execution.Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and go-live.Monitoring and reporting on the progress of all activity within the product area including milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of team management experience5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion or inventory managementExperience driving internal cross-team collaborationExperience at a senior level in the fashion industry ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or consulting rolePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience using data to influence business decisionsExperience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teamsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace
