**Your tasks**:
- Execution of all technical requirements during product lifecycle (including interfaces to customer, FMEA, etc.)
- Responsible for customer interface as it relates to development functions and technical topics within projects.
- Analyzes core product competitiveness against business and industrial establishments with regard to product cost, weight, function, travel and testing specifications.
- Technical analysis of risks and errors, problems and/or effects of changes (FMEA)
- Ensures the execution and management of the project(s) development
- Responsible for change management tracking and implementation, initiating engineering change notice for cost collection, releasing engineering change, and realizing engineering change package.
- Responsible for resource planning based on the realistic business plan (current and future acquisition projects).
- Coordinates team training and information exchange for responsible project engineers.
**Your Profile**:
- 5 years minimum in project engineer position
- 3 years of experience in development manager position
- English-Advanced
- Specialized knowledge and skills:
- Project management / PDP
- Product Development
- DFMEA creation and analysis
- Seat design, Power components, manual components, comfort components
