This includes identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans to address them.**Prioritization**: Prioritizing, including personnel, materials, and equipment, ensures that projects are accurately staffed and resourced.**Team Management**: Leading project teams, including assigning tasks, providing mentorship and support, and supervising progress to ensure that projects are on track.**Budget Management**: Leading project budgets, including supervising project expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints
