BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred Your Responsibilities: Project Planning:To ensure developing project plans that outline the scope, goals, timelines, and budget of each project. This includes identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans to address them. Prioritization:Prioritizing, including personnel, materials, and equipment, ensures that projects are accurately staffed and resourced. Team Management:Leading project teams, including assigning tasks, providing mentorship and support, and supervising progress to ensure that projects are on track. Budget Management:Leading project budgets, including supervising project expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints. Stakeholder Management:Leading stakeholder relationships, including communicating project status updates, handling expectations, and addressing concerns and issues as they arise. Quality Assurance:To ensure that project results meet quality standards and that projects are delivered to stakeholders' happiness. Continuous Improvement:Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
