Your tasks

The Head of Quality Management and Laboratories - ContiTech SSL SLP Plant is responsible for:

- Lead the SSL SLP plant to achieve quality KPIs as: PPMs, Incidents, NQC
- Promote of quality mindset and performance improvement
- Development of quality department employees and performance
- Main customer interface for quality topics
- Management of quality problems, resolution on issues; implement preventive measures to drive the improvement of the quality performance of the plant.
- Quality management system and project assurance
- Experience in quality process, Systems, customers and suppliers.

**Profile**:
Engineering Titleholder (desirable Master Degree)

Experience working as a quality manager in the automotive industry (5 years)

Experience working with Tier 1 or 2 customers and OEMs

Experience in team leadership (strong leader skills) (Minimum 3 Years)
