Head of Process, Food Industry, Prime FoodsAre you an expert in scaling up food processes to industrial scale Charlton Morris have partnered with a fast growing start up producing a highly innovative ingredient for the plant based food industry, having won multiple awards for innovation, the company are now looking to scale up their operations and this role will play a pivotal part.In this role you will be responsible for leading the strategy for process development and scale up operations.

Your focus will be leading R&D to scale up of extraction processes of a high value functional ingredient.

Developing transformation processes to hit key milestones.Responsible for hiring/building a technical team to support meeting your goals.What are we looking forMasters degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocesses, Biochemistry, Industrial engineering or similar6 years experience leading teams to design and opearte bioprocesses at large scale for food prime materials (grains, vegetables, herbs, algae, stevia etc)Experience developing processes compliant with GMP, FSSC 22000, HACCP regulationsPassion for circular economy, regenerative agriculture, to transform the current food system
