**Responsibilities**:
Provide performanedback and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Conduct annual performance reviews/appraisals.
Select and hire new Sales Representatives, as required.
Participate in recruiting activities, as required.
Regularly participate in ride-along and monitor progress of new and existing representatives.
Ensure adherence to current LegalBrave policies, procedures, products, programs, pricing, budget, technologies and services through timely communication.
Formation and definition of the sales pitch, scripts and more.
