**The Position**
- As the Head of Sales, you will:- Lead the Diabetes Sales Team, ensuring performance management and professional development.-
- Develop and execute strategies and goals to achieve sales objectives and strategic product sales development in the Diabetes sales market.-
- Develop best practices for solving market development and sales development challenges.-
- Establish strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the Diabetes Market.-
- Demonstrate the ability to share knowledge, influence, and understanding of the customer and patient.**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, you should have:- Degree in business administration, life sciences, or other relevant discipline.-
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with strong sales management across districts and regions.-
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.-
- Experience with Public and Government client management.**About the Department**
