**Head of Sales for Betterware US**Full-time, Remote but based in Dallas (preferred, but will consider other major cities in Texas) or Southern California.**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:- Betterware (NASDAQ: BWMX) is Mexico's leading home goods and organization company.- We are now expanding our presence to the United States and opening our first US office in Dallas, Texas. This is an opportunity to build something extraordinary from the ground up and join the startup team of Betterware in the US.**JOB SUMMARY**:- As a Head of Sales, you will drive Betterware's field sales strategy and develop and execute sales plans, training, and communication with our independent distributors.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.- Design training and communication materials to support our independent distributors and help them achieve their business goals.- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and affiliates.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales compensation plans for our salesforce.- Speak virtually and in person at various events to promote Betterware's products and motivate our sales force.- Organize events virtually and in person to foster a strong sense of community among our independent distributors and customers.- Travel up to 50% of the time to support our independent distributors in the field.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.- Experience in direct selling companies is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach teams.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bilingual in Spanish is desired.
