Want to be hands-on and build a new business to help LatAm merchants sell in another country?Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is seeking a talented, smart, and experienced Sales Manager to lead a group of Global Account Representatives that will help LatAm merchants expand their business into the US marketplace and recruit new merchants from top export categories. This role will also be responsible for guiding the lead generation strategy, a key strategic project, and leading the program to expand Global Selling to the rest of LatAm countries.Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and execute the strategy for Global Selling expansion in LatAM, including Mexico, Brasil, and Rest of LatAm.Identify roadblocks for merchants and leverage Product and Program teams to solve these challenges.Create and execute the new Seller lead generation strategy for all Marketplace categories, including new lead sources.Develop a prioritization mechanism for both targeted and massive account recruitment.Develop hunting strategies based on selection opportunities.Manage a team of sales, account development, and program management.Track activity and sales discipline by developing a sales management process.Hire and develop the best: attract, hire, and retain top sales talent.This role is for a passionate leader and category advocate within Amazon, with proven sales and business development acumen, pipeline management skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
