The Head of School is responsible for inspiring our learning community to be World Ready through the management of day-to-day operations at the school! The Head of School enjoys learning and serving others as chief executive of the school and has the authority to carry out his or her responsibilities, by the direction and policies established by the Board. - Sets ambitious school goals for student achievement and performance and holds staff members accountable for achieving results

- Models high-quality instruction and provides frequent coaching for instructional staff.
