- Masters Qualification preferred
- Experience as a successful Head of School Preferred

Job Benefits:

- Major medical expenses insurance is a range depending on age 15K on average.
- The sum insured is 1.3 million pesos with a national deductible of 3.8 million pesos and a national coinsurance of 5% of the medical costs.

- Annual Christmas Bonus. 15 salary days per annual working day. Payable in December.
- Annual Vacation Premium. 25% of 12 salary days. Increases 2 days each year

**Job Description**:
The Head of School is responsible for inspiring our learning community to be World Ready through the management of day-to-day operations at the school! The Head of School enjoys learning and serving others as chief executive of the school and has the authority to carry out his or her responsibilities, by the direction and policies established by the Board. In partnership with the Board, the Head of the School is responsible for the school to be an enjoyable, creative, and innovative learning community. S/he provides direction for developing the organization's vision, mission, and strategy; provides leadership for establishing and implementing its annual goals and objectives; and, enables the Board to fulfill its legal, fiduciary, and moral responsibilities in creating World Ready students!

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Educational Leadership**:

- Implements a high-quality, rigorous, joyful daycare, elementary, middle school, high school program, and after-school program that is consistent with the School's mission and vision.
- Sets ambitious school goals for student achievement and performance and holds staff members accountable for achieving results
- Develops, oversees, and continually evaluates and improves the school's instructional model and curriculum.
- Models high-quality instruction and provides frequent coaching for instructional staff.
- Uses data to inform practice and drive decision-making and instruction at the school.
- Promotes and provides School Spirit activities for the whole community.
- Embodies and facilitates the practice of our school Pillars and learner profile
- Ensures innovation of our school practices, concepts, and programs.
- Is a Transformational leader who can train others in inefficient project management and collaboration that fosters individual creativity and a group.
- Finds connections to real-life development for all community members to maintain educational processes relevant and World Ready.
