Lead Americas for SQEs with 3 different functions.
Support WW organization to Advanced Purchasing, Project Management, Application Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales and BU Quality management regarding implementation of new suppliers, leading improvement process with stablished vendors and nomination and guidance of suitable suppliers during Customer Projects
Leadership
- Providing SQE team with the necessary resources to perform the Strategic, Technical and Plan Service functions
- Coordinating and execution of SQE strategy in the region
- Ensuring our WW procedures fulfills our Customer Requirements
Cooperation
- WW support to comercial areas, Advanced Purchasing/Category and Comodity Managers, Plant Purchasing, Supply Chaing and Sales
- WW cooperation with technical areas such as AE, Project and Quality Management
- Support escalation process before and after mass production
Supplier improvement /
Plant Service
Driving initiatives for quality improvements of WW suppliers
- Executing Complaint Management on request in MFS LE
- Empowering SQA team trough daily basics training regarding complex process, systems and technology
Supplier Development
- Coordinating successful implementation of the new suppliers audit plan in the region
- Developing suitable suppliers in the region
- Ensuring that vendors are correctly evaluated and plans are properly closed
Technical Assistance

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (Master or equivalent preferred) with technical background
- 5 years experience in similar position
- certified VDA 6.3 auditor
- experience in operations and/or Quality Management and/or R&D
- strong technical background including Project Management
- Fluent English (C1)
- Mechanical processing, injection/blow-molding, rubber technologies, assembling
- Participation in international teams and/or international project
- Leading small project teams in the past (2-6 people)
