In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of former startup founders/operators/investors who champion and work alongside LATAM's best tech startups, Venture Capital Firms, Accelerators, and Incubators. You will work closely with the startup ecosystem as well as internal teams to define the strategy that ensures that LATAM's startup founders are choosing to build and scale their startups on AWS.In this role, you will create and implement long-term strategies working backwards from startup customer needs, earning their trust and helping to accelerate and expand our startup business in LATAM. You will work closely with other senior internal stakeholders across sales, solutions architects, marketing, product, partners, and support teams to build programs, mechanisms, and go-to-market approaches that ensure startups choose AWS as their cloud platform and business partner.
