As well as actively participate in the entire company's digital and business process transformations. This role demands a visionary leader capable of combining entrepreneurial spirit with multi-vertical consulting expertise. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you'll spearhead pivotal projects, chart new ventures, and orchestrate geographical expansions while collaborating closely with various operational verticals.**Responsibilities**- Lead end-to-end strategic projects to bolster revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.- Identify and evaluate business opportunities across industries, formulating go-to-market strategies.- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analyses, and feasibility studies for strategic initiatives.- Manage and jumpstart new ventures and expansions until handover to operational teams, with P&L responsibility.- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and KPIs.- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success, making adjustments for desired outcomes.- Spearheaded process assessments for operational enhancements and efficiency improvements.- Implement consulting-like projects, streamlining processes, reducing costs, and boosting productivity.- Implement systems and automation for improved company-wide operations.- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.- Analyze market trends, anticipate consumer behavior, and stay ahead of the competition.- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams, driving strategy execution.- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, management, investors, and clients.- Identify and execute optimization and process enhancement projects.**Requirements**:**Basic Requirements**:- Master's Degree (MBA preferred), with emphasis on academic excellence (top GPA), Top Business School preferred.- 5+ years in strategic business development, consulting, startup or related fields (experience in F&B industry a plus).- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative business strategies that drive growth.- Exceptional leadership capable of making things happen, even through dotted lines of authority
