They are also responsible for the construction and process management of the standard system, sorting and optimizing core business processes, promoting corporate culture and basic management systems, as well as ensuring diligent security and safety audits.**Responsibilities**:**Human Resource Management**:- Construct and implement human resource management systems, including recruitment, development and training, salary and performance management, and employee relations within the factory.- Monitor the implementation of the factory's human resources policies and provide guidance and support to management.- Manage and monitor factory labor costs.**Operations Management**:- Optimize the operation process and continuously evaluate and improve the decentralized system.- Research, analyze, and demonstrate the operational and management issues and modes of the factory based on internal and external changes. Provide management evaluations, suggestions, or constructive plans.- Continuously follow up on benchmarking projects and monitor the development of important management projects.- Improve factory basic management (planning, meetings, information, documents, coordination, etc.) and enhance the corporate culture.- Handle various publicity and reception work for the factory.- Administrative Logistics Management:- Establish the factory's internal safety system and logistics management system.- Manage the maintenance of the factory's internal canteen, dormitory, and infrastructure.- Respond to emergencies promptly.- Work Experience: More than five years of experience in managing manufacturing enterprises with more than 1000 employees.**kills and Techniques**:- Proficiency in human resource management.- Strong ability to control frontline worker turnover rates.- English language proficiency with the ability to use it as a working language; Chinese language skillspreferred.- Professional knowledge in business administration and human resource management.
