Now we are looking for a Head of User Acquisition / Head of Performance Marketing , who will be in charge of User Acquisition in various digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the entire performance strategy in Latin America, including Brazil. We expect proven business results and a strong skillset in performance digital marketing and analytics and deep expertise in Meta, Google, KOL, SEO, CPA and Affiliate channels. What you will do: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance strategy that supports our business objectives and drives financial growth. You will be in charge of new students, CAC and first cash-in. Lead all user acquisition channels, from Meta and Google, to KOL, CPA and SEO. Build trust by leading social media, SERM and PR. Requirements Proven track record in the similar role in the Tech-Industry B2C companies, with the business yearly revenue not less than USD 5 mln and the results of at least x2 YoY growth in terms of cash in/revenue/number of new clients. Deep understanding of business economics (unit economics, P&L) and marketing analytics (GA, BI) Deep knowledge in the most of the instruments: Meta, Google, KOL, SEO, CPA and Affiliate. Very on-hand, willing to execute some of the strategies manually when necessary. Strong managerial skills, fast and systematic in executing the strategies. Fluent English (Upper Intermediate), Spanish or Portuguese (native/bilingual) is a plus. Understanding of LatAm tech market is a huge plus.
