.**Purpose of the position**Maintain a relationship with the main commercial partners (Segments:, MME, E&M, BB, LLC, RE, ISB and RBB) for the sale, retention and distribution of the HSBC Payroll productCoordination of your assigned team to generate HSBC payroll sales and retention strategies, providing an analysis and proposal for the execution of customer acquisition and retention activities in your portfolio.Specialized service to answer questions and customer follow-up**Main responsibilities**:- Business Impact (Complete 3-4 areas)- Establish and implement business strategies for Payroll acquisition and retention in key segments such as: Global Banking, Corporate: MME E&M, LC, RE, ISB, GOB, BBU, RBB.- Increase the number of net payroll holders with current companies, supported by the team in charge.- Develop and implement initiatives for the retention of Payroll at risk.- Implement strategies that ensure the level of service and payroll conditions of key segments and services (PCM, ATM)- Financial analysis of payroll profitability.
