Job Description:
**We are in need of 3 Head Teacher's**:
x2 Elementary Head Teachers

x1 Junour High Head Teacher

**Requirements**:

- 4 years Bachelor's degree in education in elementary or junior high education with professional license
- Alberta Teacher Certification or possibility to have it
- Experience teaching in Elementary or Junior High levels
- Proof of English proficiency with excellent pronunciation
- Ability to work within the culture of a Professional Learning Community
- Affective characteristics (sociability, empathy, flexibility, etc.)
- Adaptability and a commitment to professionalism. able to challenge student's minds,
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students, and where all students are respected and valued
- Capable of integrating information and technology into the curriculum
- Strive to maintain and improve a level of professional competence that a private international school requires.
