Requirements: 4 years Bachelor's degree in education in elementary or junior high education with professional licenseAlberta Teacher Certification or the possibility to obtain itExperience teaching at Elementary or Junior High levelsProof of English proficiency with excellent pronunciationAbility to work within the culture of a Professional Learning CommunityAffective characteristics (sociability, empathy, flexibility, etc.)Adaptability and a commitment to professionalism, able to challenge students' mindsCreate a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students, and where all students are respected and valuedCapable of integrating information and technology into the curriculumStrive to maintain and improve a level of professional competence that a private international school requiresSpecific qualifications required for this role: Teaching Credential/LicenseAdditional requirements for this role: Canadian School Queretaro offers the Alberta-Mexican curriculums in an English immersion setting.We are looking for highly qualified staff to contribute with their skills, knowledge, and talents towards the high standard of education we strive to achieve at our school.
