.-Job descriptionNational health and safety managerRole of the positionSupport the assistant Director of H&S and the Head of C.S. from the countryPlan, manage ando coordinate Safety and Hygiene, prevention, as well as the safety of employees in cases of emergency in HSBc buildings in Mexico, thus ensuring a high level of preparation for a timely and effective response in emergency situations, emergency that allows to protect the safety of all employees, customers and contractors. Coordinate brigades and ensure that the properties have elements (human and material) that allow us to provide an adequate response.Activities- Development, implementation and updating of emergency plans, which allow safeguarding the safety and integrity of all employees in Group buildings through commissions, brigades and drills.- Implement and/or keep updated the emergency brigades for each of the properties.- Plan and coordinate the performance of drills in each of the buildings, to protect the integrity of customers and employees.- Development and implementation of the Audit program for fire protection and civil protection equipment in buildings, to ensure that they are in optimal conditions and in view of all users to act in a timely and effective manner in the event of any emergency or contingency. present at the national level.- Supervise the development and updating of the Emergency Programs of the HSBC Mexico Buildings.- Develop and implement the Training program (together with HR) for Brigade members of HSBC Mexico buildings as well as for FM, Maintenance, Security, etc. personnel.Participate with files, reports and metrics in the different forums for risk and/or review of supplier KPIs.- Attend the inspections of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (Safety and Hygiene) and Federal Civil Protection, as well as support the relief of points in the different inspections of Municipalities, Mayors, States in matters of Civil Protection, Health and Environment.- Coordinate the test program for the different fire systems in the buildings.- Keep the electronic page of H&S (intranet) updated (database, courses, workshops, accident reports, etc.)- Coordinate and support the appointment of a property manager for each of the HSBC buildings.- Verify compliance with Safety and Hygiene in the Development of events (Global and Local) related to the Promotion of Safety, Hygiene and Civil Protection in the representative buildings of HSBC at a national level, as well as the Marshal event, etc.- Act as a point of contact (and follow up) on reports on Ergonomics issues in the Global Group tool.- Follow up on the Group's Regulations tool and alert about new provisions and/or regulations that are published and applied to HSBC.- Oversee that the Safety, Hygiene, Civil Protection, Comfort and ergonomics conditions are observed and complied with at HSBC facilities
