**Job Overview**Supports the development of the Real-World Insights (RWI) business in Mexico within the HEOR/HTA areas. Delivers timely, high quality, and punctual contributions to client solutions within the pharmaceutical and associated industries. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions. Contributes to meeting client satisfaction objectives.**Essential Functions**- Develops studies related to the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) business areas (health economic modelling, market access strategy, value proposition)- Works with supervision, independently and/or as part of a project team on defined tasks.- Participates in business development/internal initiatives (e.G., produces partial initial drafts of proposals based on clients' RFPs and supporting information, conducts internal training and presents materials to IQVIA colleagues).- Assists in project management/client liaison activities, may attend client and other external meetings, and presents own research/analyses.- Develops prospective or retrospective outcome research protocols, statistical analysis plans and reports.- Conducts local data sourcing, literature searches, data collection and generation and produces supporting materials for the development/adaptation of complex economic models.- Drafts, reviews, submits, and presents abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals/ conference proceedings based on outcome research or economic models.- Assists in the abstract/manuscript submission process.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree - required. Degree may be in pharmacy, pharmaceutical-biological chemistry, economics, or a clinical discipline.- Master's degree in health outcomes research (epidemiology, pharmacy, public health, statistics, or any other related clinical discipline) - a plus.- 3-5 years relevant work experience in health outcomes research and/or academic research experience (e.G. real-world evidence, claims data analysis, observational studies, patient survey data analysis, etc.)- Data analysis skills- Thorough understanding of the Mexican healthcare system including dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry.- Demonstrated analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.- Effective written and oral communication.- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.- Good knowledge of medical terminology and epidemiological measures.- Intermediate knowledge of statistics.- Advanced English level.
