That's what **_\ #LifeAtCummins_** is all about.We are looking for a talented **HSE Supervisor** to join our team specializing in **Health, Safety and Environment** for our **CUMMINS plant** in **Ciudad Juárez.****Job Description**:Actively promotes health, safety and environmental awareness and applies technical expertise in the design, implementation and management of health, safety and environmental engineering controls within the site(s). Provides technical support cross-functionally to ensure compliance with Cummins internal requirements, applicable health, safety and environmental regulations and industry standards.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:- Ensures to keep updated all risk assessments related to routine and non-routine activities in the site.- Provides coaching to other teams in order to develop and maintain a safety culture.- Ensures to follow up implementation and documentation of all incidents related actions plans.- Actively demonstrates safety awareness and promotes a positive health, safety and environmental culture coaching others to do the same.
